QASP guidance - provide assistance in developing a Quality Assurance Supplemental Payment monitoring process and performance improvement strategy
Nursing department staffing design - in collaboration with the client, provide assistance in determining the most effective nursing department structure and design.

Risk mitigation/Expert Review- Legal Nurse Expert, Legal Administrator Expert. Provide review and recommendations related to operational risk mitigation by a trained and certified risk manager. Ongoing and intermittent event/incident report reviews, root cause analysis, and documentation training.
Interim management- Director of Nursing (SNF), Resident Care Coordinator (RCFE), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice President of Operations (VPO) - assist the client in maintaining effective and compliant operations through experienced leadership for a period not to exceed 3 months while a permanent replacement is found
Organizational structure and systems design- use our many years of experience to assist the client in evaluating the effectiveness of the current operational design. Organization, community, & department-specific recommendations for day-to-day effectiveness and strategic planning.
Staffing alignment- assist the client in assessing and recommending community/facility department staffing to ensure the most effective design
Personnel management- assist the client in managing HR/personnel issues, such as investigations and performance improvement
